How do we decide who gets to use the property and when?

Joynt includes a shared calendar that makes it easy to schedule time at the property fairly. Usage is based on ownership share—so someone who owns 25% would get roughly 25% of the year.

You can fairly distribute dates in advance (using our calendar "draft"), reserve time, and even trade or share dates with other co-owners. No guesswork, no double bookings—just a clear, easy system that helps everyone enjoy their time.

Plus if you want to rent your property you can sync your calendar with rental sites such as Airbnb and VRBO.
