2. Use the In-App Feedback Button

Already inside the app? Look for the feedback icon in the lower-left corner of your screen. You can submit feedback or ask a question from anywhere on the site. Just click the icon, type your message, and hit send. It’s that simple.

Once submitted, our team will review your feedback and respond if it looks like you need help—we’re real humans, and we’ve got your back!
