Getting started with Joynt.

Whether you’re dreaming of buying a vacation home, looking to share one you already own, or managing a co-owned property with friends—Joynt helps make co-ownership simple, fair, and fun.

I don’t own a home yet?

You're just getting started—and we’ve got the perfect tools to help.

  • Explore and compare homes with friends or potential co-owners

  • Take our compatibility quiz to get matched and score your fit

  • Add favorite properties, calculate your split costs, and rank top picks

We give you a shared space to discuss options and make confident decisions together. Once you’ve agreed on a property, you’ll work with an agent to buy and title it into an LLC. Don’t worry—Joynt can help with the LLC setup and guide you through the process.

Currently own a home and want to share it?

Already own a vacation home? Invite your friends to join you in co-ownership.

  • Create a group and invite friends to the discussion

  • Talk through costs, responsibilities, and logistics

  • Explore what co-ownership would look like using Joynt’s tools

Once everyone’s on board, each buyer will need to work with you to purchase their share, and the home will need to be titled into an LLC. We’ll help you get the LLC registered and guide you through onboarding.

Already co-own?

Joynt makes managing shared ownership a breeze.
To get started, each owner will:

  1. Confirm their share of the property

  2. Complete a quick ID check

  3. Review and sign the Operating Agreement

Then enter your existing LLC or register one through Joynt. Once that’s done, you can use Joynt’s full suite of tools to manage bookings, vote on decisions, split expenses, and more—together, and with clarity.
