Do I need a real estate agent?

You and your co-owners will need to work with a licensed real estate agent to complete the purchase. Joynt helps you manage co-ownership once the home is bought, but we’re not a brokerage and we don’t handle transactions.

Your agent will help you tour homes, make offers, and close the deal. Once that's done, Joynt steps in to help you structure and manage your ownership.

Since this is a vacation rental we recommend finding a top rated agent in the city you are interested in.
