Can I bring a property we already bought into Joynt?

If you and your group already co-own a property, you can absolutely bring it into Joynt. You’ll just need to either have an existing LLC or create one through our platform. Plus the property must be titled into the LLC.

From there, each co-owner will confirm their share, complete a quick ID check, and sign Joynt’s service agreement and Operating Agreement.

Once you're onboarded, you’ll be able to use all of Joynt’s tools—like shared calendars, expense tracking, voting, and more—to manage the property together in one simple, organized place.
